Skills Foundations

Skills Foundations Registration:
1st-2nd Grade

Our Skills Foundations program is specifically for 1st-2nd grade boys and girls interested in learning how to play basketball. It is the next progression after finishing Little Ballers. All are welcome, even if you weren’t previously in our Little Ballers program.

Your player will be introduced to a technical level of basketball development to improve their technical skills and aid in building muscle memory. The skills these players will learn will build the foundation of their basketball journey. We believe in teaching athletes the details they need to know to create a love for the game and develop their skills, athleticism, and character.

Start date: Monday, January 6th, 2025

Last day: July 16th, 2025 (we take August off and then start again in September, going twice a week then)

Days: Training is two days a week, Mondays and Wednesdays, from 5:00-6:00pm at F5 Athletics, 1078 W 350 S Suite B, Syracuse, UT 84075

Fees: $140/Month. (You will be auto-billed each month on the same day of the month that you signed up.)

Days: Training is two days a week, Mondays from 5:00-6:00pm at Viewpoint Middle School (enter in the East doors) and Wednesdays from 5:00-6:00 at 5445 W Pebble Ln, Highland.

Fees: $125/Month. (You will be auto-billed each month on the same day of the month that you signed up.)
