PLAYER EVALUATION

We are always welcoming new players to join our program throughout the season. We are proud to help players in grades 3-12 find a team to play on and learn to compete! The process for joining a Club Utah team is very simple. Click the “register now'“ button below and complete the form. You will pay a $25 evaluation fee. After you submit the form and pay, we will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a time for you to come in and be evaluated. We evaluate players on their current ability to play and we try to place them on a team that will push them out of their comfort zone so they can progress to the next level.

What do you get when you join a Club Utah team?

The base tuition starts at $180/month and varies based on level and practice time. All teams have the opportunity to participate in a minimum of 2 team practices per week and 2 skills training classes.

Where will I practice?

Practice locations and times are different for each location.

• Lehi: Practices held at Viewpoint Middle School

• Davis County: Practices held at F5 Athletics

• South Valley: Practice held at Elkridge Middle School

All locations hold practices after 4 pm. The exact times and days depend on the team and grade. Once you register for an evaluation we will send you the exact practice schedule.
